More than one PrimaryOwner

      Now the PrimaryOwner can be only one user.

      We are faced with the case when it is necessary to have a second PrimaryOwner on folder if the current is on vacation.

      Also in the team can be several responsible for the folder employees.

          Yes, it makes sense. When I was implementing the plugin , I was following the company's practices with a single owner (and multiple secondary owners for the cases like vacations). I agree it makes senseto add support for multiple owners though I will unlikely get to it soon.

If somebody is interested to work on it (e.g. as a part of GSoC), I might be able to help to breakdown the task and to design it properly

          This case can be solved by setting a secondary owner with the same as PrimaryOwner rights. But for more flexibility it would be nice to implement item-specific security on folders (https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-47595)
