Summary:
In the Create Pipeline flow, the user is shown the number of discovered repositories after specifying an SCM and their organization. This number has single quotes around it which aren't necessary.
Steps to recreate:
1. Create a new Pipeline, and select where you store your code. In this case I've been using GitHub.
2. Provide your credentials / token / etc., and choose an organization. observe while Blue Ocean shows you the number of credentials. That number has single quotes around it, and they look out of place:
