After creating a new pipeline in blueocean user should be shown suggestion of where to go next (or taken their automatically)

      After creating a new pipeline, I am not taken to the status/details screen for that pipeline. Instead i am left sitting on the create pipeline screen. The user should be taken (or given suggestions) as to where to go next.

          This should be automatically redirecting you to the Pipeline Editor or the Activity screen (there was some rework in 1.3 that fixed a few issues there). If it is not, please reopen.
