test report contents aren't html-encoded

      console output from a unit test contains the text:
      Failed asserting that <integer:3> matches expected <integer:0>.

      however in the "All Failed Tests" table on the hudson test result page, it
      displays as:
      Failed asserting that matches expected .

      the full text is in the page source, but is not html-encoded.
