Pull Requests pagination refreshes

      Problem
      The pull request tab refreshes

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to the PR tab
      2. Click Show more

      The page will refresh then show the next page.

      What should happen
      The next page should be appended without a refresh

      Notes
      This isn't the first time the pagination has broken in this way. Can we make sure it never breaks again (e.g. making it more durable, writing tests, etc) ?

          Testing Notes:

          • Automated test(s) to verify that when the "Show more" button is clicked, the only change is that the next page worth of content is displayed, rather than a full-page refresh.
          • The notes in this issue suggest that this has been a recurring problem, so the time spent in an automated test would be well spent
