General Description:

Failed to open wizard window in the job configure page with SSL setting.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login Jenkins and update the new plugin (hp-application-automation-tools-plugin_1710231333).
2. Remove the old SSL certification, and generate and import the certification once again.
3. Open job configure page, go to Build -> Mobile Center Options
4. Select one SSL MC Server machine, check the 'Use SSL' checkbox
5. Input Username and password
6. Click 'Wizard' button.

Expected: Wizard button will pop up.

Actual: Error happened: MC login information or proxy is incorrect.
