To help Perforce administrators use 'p4 client -t' to create workspace when 'Workspace behavior' is set to 'Template (view generated for each node)'.

 

Usage case:

Perforce administrators often use 'Last Accessed Date' for a client to determine if clients are safe to remove. This field is only updated when the have list is updated or if 'p4 client -t' is used to create a new ws from template. There have been cases where the Jenkins build was broken because Administrators have deleted the template workspace beleiving it was no longer used.
