I'm hoping that someone can reproduce/verify this, but it appears that CIMInstance.getIssuesForView may have an issue when fetching more than 1,000 defects from the server.  I'm seeing duplicated issues reported in this case (1,008 issues is the correct number), and the output from the plugin doesn't make sense.
