As a Jenkins user with job configuration permission, I can restrict where the job can be built. However, the message specifying the number of nodes available for the expression can be misleading: it is possible that plugins prevent some of the nodes to be used.

Changing the message to specify that the nodes count is not taking care of permissions or additional plugins restriction would be helpful.
