Locked files report plugin: Build blocked

      This plugin blocks the whole build - console output says:

      Searching for locked files in workspace.

      $ "C:\Program Files\SysinternalsSuite\handle.exe" -u
      E:\hudson_work\jobs\MinimalNetbeansProject2\workspace

      And nothing happens, the build is blocked and never ends. The current Version of
      the Sysinternals toolset is installed.
