Request to add possibility to create Agent from Azure Image (based on managed disk VM) not only from vhd file.

In our internal CI we need to have a big number of dependency installed on VM to use it on Jenkins. Also we need to have nice way to update it etc. 

Atm there's no option to use Azure VM Image created from unmanaged disk VM.
