Screen for all tests should be available, showing test duration

      Test results right now only show failing/fixed/skipped tests. This is important but there should also be an option to see all the tests. Why? Because it provides very useful information: duration of each test/test group.

      Compare with the drill-down in /testReport/ for a standard Java project for a more precise spec of what's missing.
