Placeholder for https://github.com/jenkinsci/active-choices-plugin/pull/16

This permits the jenkinsProject and jenkinsBuild script bindings to be set for properties declared on e.g. the release wrapper. If someone can identify a strategy I should be using to unit test the suggested change, feel free to do so.
