It would be helpful if when if a class would be marked as "skipped" when all test methods it contains are skipped.

Along the same lines a package containing only skipped classes should be marked skipped as well.

If the is at least one non-skipped test the parent node should behave as it is now (i.e. "passed" if at least one tests was not skipped and no test failed / "failed" if at least one test failed).
