Currently with Forest mode on, 'hg fin' is first run to compute a changelog,
then 'hg fpull' to actually pull changes.

1. This is inefficient as changesets are pulled twice.

2. changelogFile will contain entries from multiple repositories, so the
/changes page will show entries which

2a. Do not indicate which repository they came from (path is repo-relative);

2b. Are not linked correctly to hgweb.
