I'm trying to set up Jenkins to report it's job status to our Microsoft Teams account. I would much prefer to set the webhook globally rather than for each job. My workflow involves Jenkins reporting all notices to a single Team channel. If I have the need to override that channel at the job level, I'm happy to do that, but until then. Setting this up once rather than repeating myself every time I create a job is much preferable.
