      When trying to create a new pipeline, I try to add our github enterprise server but I get the following error:
      Server URL - Invalid server. Check hostname.

          Looks like you've been bitten by JENKINS-47395.

          The workaround is to append /api/v3 to the end of the Github Enterprise URL
