PCT does not support testing against deployed snapshots

      In order to do that, PCT should allow specifying jenkins.core-version and jenkins.war-version and somehow propagate them to the TransformPom class.

      Being able to run PCT against a deployed core/war Snapshot would be a good step in the core release flow. It can be worked around for plugins though. JENKINS-48711 offers a workaround for Docker images
