I installed from the http://jenkins-ci.org/debian to Ubuntu Hardy today. The trendMap could not find
fonts and was 500'ing. Switching to Sun Java from the default OpenJDK fixed the issue.

[JENKINS-4879] Debian Binary should force Sun JRE

[FIXED JENKINS-4879] requires a full JRE, not just a headless JRE. Presumably fonts are only installed with full JRE since they aren't needed in a headless. This fix will be in 1.336.
