coervivek found that when running the PCT for BO plugins .eslintrc at BO root level is not copied alongside the plugin sources Due to this JS specific modules failed with lint errors (blueocean-core-js, jenkins-design-language, blueocean-personalization and blueocean-dashboard), manually copying .eslintrc and re-running the tests worked.

Also the BO plugin list in the hook needs to be updated to reflect this new modules
