Add Option, which leaves synergy project workarea to OFF state after update

      If workarea is not found during the update the checkout will fail with error

      "Work area is not visible from this interface or not writable by this user."

      --> checkout FAILS

          Added commands as FYI from ccm manual:

          [-wa|-maintain_wa] [-nwa|-no_wa]

          "whether the work area is maintained (synchronized to the file system): -wa or -nwa"

          parameters.
