The default commit message 'Added Jenkinsfile' is confusing when it's just an update

      When updating an existing Jenkinsfile, the default commit message if left empty is stillĀ Added Jenkinsfile even though it was updated, not added.

      GitHub's editing UI gets the suggested (and then actual, unless changed) messages based on what was done right. (i.e. Add Filename or Update Filename.
