@script folder contains full git checkout and is not deleted on cleanup

      On any multibranch build, with orphaned item strategy set, workspace directories are deleted, but not @script folders (on the master) which contain complete copies of the git repository for every branch/PR, etc.. With an active build server and many branches, this extremely rapidly fills up disk space.

      Also, ws-cleanup plugin does not remove @script folders either, so doesn't appear to be a work-around.

          Since this is not (in) a workspace, I do not think this should be a responsibility of ws-cleanup-plugin.

          Having the same issue. It's really annoying and can consume a lot of disk space if you've got a multitude of multibranch jobs.
          Note that the @script directory isn't the only one, There's also @libs: workspace@script, workspace@libs.
