Deployments hang when deploying artifact to WebSphere ND. 

Issue was resolved by adding the hostname to /etc/hosts on the jenkins server. This may have caused a lockup because the HTTPS certificate that was downloaded from the DNS name does not match if you use the IP address in the plugin configuration. Adding the host entries into /etc/hosts fixed the issue. Also for WAS ND, you must use the Dummy certs from the Dmgr01 and not the AppServer profiles.
