      Hi,

       

      We need to add the user "elastestci" as a new member of the Jenkins organization and also as a new committer for the repository https://github.com/jenkinsci/elastest-plugin . The user elastestci is registered in Jira.

      This user will be the one who makes the releases of the plugin.
