Update HtmlUnit to a more recent version

      Jenkins Unit Test Harness is using HtmlUnit 2.18. This release was published on Jul 26, 2015.

      We should keep this kind of libraries reasonably updated.

      I would like to use method like HtmlImage#isComplete().
