Source update skipped on manually triggered builds

      It looks like manually triggering builds skips the "cvs up" step. An
      option to change that behaviour would be nice.

      We sometimes launch nightly builds manually during the day to verify changes and
      we had to add "cvs up" in all our jobs. It works, but causes
      double-verifications, which take forever in CVS.
