Publish over SSH: Clean before copy (or pre-exec command)

    Description

      Would be nice to either have an option to remove the remote directory before copying files over or, alternatively, have a pre-exec that runs before the copy.

      I know I could work around this by adding an SSH build step which does this, but hey...
