I'm not sure if this is a right place for such kind of request.
Since Atlassian encourages all teams to migrate to Stride (https://www.stride.com/help-center/upgrade-guide#faq-7c7613ab-1cde-44f0-81ca-2d1475c216e4), I think it's pretty important to support new API (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/stride/). Looks like HipChat is deprecated, after you migrate your Jenkins plugin integrations with HipChat will not work.
For reference, there is a "Suggestion" entry for Stride here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/STRIDE-1973
Tanguy from the Stride product team.
Based on user demand we've decided to build a Jenkins plugin for Stride. You can track the progress in this ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/STRIDE-1973
Removing the hipchat-plugin component given that this plugin proposal has not much to do with HipChat (The APIs are quite different), and Atlassian is already in the process of creating a stride specific plugin already.
I believe it is not longer needed: https://www.atlassian.com/blog/announcements/new-atlassian-slack-partnership

I doubt that Atlassian has plans to work on Stride plugin for Jenkins, but maybe I am wrong.
