The plugin v1.0.2 fails to read configurations from v1.0.1 after upgrade. Jenkins only offers to delete them.

After upgrade is done, "Export more variables" doesn't work anymore. After I add new variables without filling the "date/time" optional parameter, they don't get saved at all.

[JENKINS-49648] plugin fails with new date/time shift option

It seems that a very specifically constructed "null" shift patterns will work to allow variables to be exported:

          • - 0 days 0 hours 0 minutes    – works
          • + 0 days 0 hours 0 minutes  – doesn't work
          • 0 days 0 hours 0 minutes – doesn't work
          • <blank> – doesn't work

Export more variables still doesn't work properly with 1.0.3, and a new issue is introduced: already added "more variables" get deleted during the update from 1.0.2. to 1.0.3
