Auto-configure AWS agent provisioning when the instance has IAM credentials

      When launching in AWS, and we are able to discern credentials on the EC2 host for provisioning new agents via AWS, that should be automatically configured by default.

       

      Basically, when the machine comes online on AWS, it should be able to launch Linux VMs out of the box as agents

          This one is already done.
          AWS flavor overall is broken currently, but will get back to it as soon as possible. But this has been done already as can be seen on the demo video available at https://jenkins.io/blog/2018/07/10/jenkins-essentials-on-aws/
