Here is my use case:

Upstream: https://github.com/bingshiao/my-jar

Downstream: https://github.com/bingshiao/my-war

Maven even spy log of Upstream: (attached)

Upstream is jar packing type with ova type as secondary attached artifact.

Downstream is war packing type depends on ova type of Upstream.

I'm trying to make this use case work, but cannot figure out the correct configuration.
