I just spend a few hours trying to get the PTC checkin to work in Jenkins and I think I found a bug.

The checkin only works, if the field "include" is set. In my setup I left the include and exclude fields empty and thought, that all files would be included. But the Plugin never detected any changes, although files were modified. Only after adding the file extensions in the field everything worked.

Could you please check it? It think there are two ways to fix it. Either make the include option field mandatory (so that other user don't search for an error in their config) or change the default behavior

PS: If you change the options, please also update the help text for the checkin "Build Output". The text should mention, that no subdirectories are supported.
