Maven Metadata plugin does not iterate over credentials in folders

      When using the Maven Metadata plugin, it does not pull credentials which are configured on folders and will only pull global credentials. An example resolved similar issue is https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-34825 but that is on the P4 plugin
