I have a script library that throws an IllegalArgumentException under the usual circumstances (you pass semantically invalid parameters), but new java.lang.IllegalArgumentException java.lang.String requires approval. The standard constructors for runtime exceptions (or at least the ones that are common and applicable to pipeline scripts) should be whitelisted OOTB.
