We recently noticed that on any page view, the sidebar link for "New Item" is not available. The icon is there but the link is unavailable. Manually going to a view's /newJob link works as does selecting New Item from the Jenkins chevron in the upper left. The only change we've made recently is to switch from using Crowd to SAML for authentication. The auth matrix is identical to what was previously configured and no other privileges seem to be effected.
