Problem:
When a pipeline builds a downstream job, there is not an easy way inside of blue ocean to navigate to that job(you have to go to the console log of the build and then click the downstream build link)

Idea:
It would be great if we could have a link in the pipeline flow UI(see attached) where the build link would either be clickable or there would be a new sub arrow which would give the downstream build links.
