When I create a DO cloud and add the API key, it populates the drop-box for ssh keys. This appears to be stale information. When I use the same api key to run `doctl compute ssh-key list` I get the correct and up-to-date list of ssh keys.

This instance has been upgraded over the past 1.5 years. DO auto-scaling instances stopped working without warning or known change on our side about 1.5 months ago.
