Time reported in UTC and locally within the same page.

      Hello,

      Within the same page, the date is reported in UTC in the left list (build history) and local time in the right table (stage view).
      Please look at the attach screenshot as it makes it really clear.

      • Operating System; Linux 64bit
      • All relevant JRE/JDK vendors and versions (e.g. Oracle JRE, OpenJDK, ...) and the parameters set: look at excel file attached.
      • How you installed Jenkins  docker image :  jenkinsci/jenkins       lts                 11611158ec76        6 weeks ago         814MB
