Jenkins won't load after updating maven plugin

      Jenkins ver. 2.107.1

      Jenkins works fine with maven plugin 3.1.1 but after updating to 3.1.2 the web page won't load, it stays in the "Please wait while Jenkins is restarting" state. Reverting back to 3.1.1 fixes the problem.
