Error- / Module- specific claim mechanism needed

      The current claim plugin in an excellent tool.
      Unfortunately just the COMPLETE BUILD can be claimed. The current claiming mechanism is suboptimal for greater development teams with a huge amount of builded submodules.
      What we need is a claiming mechanism where one developer can claim ONE specific error. Parallel another developer can claim "HIS" error in another submodule.
