An update of the PTC password in the Jenkins options is not correctly propogated to all projects. I think the problem is, that the fields "project specific username / password" are only fetched once from the Jenkins options, if you create a new project, but are not refreshed.

After I deleted the user and password in the project configuration the new values from the jenkins options are fetched.
