Need to provide different environments for testing of git-plugin

      As a result of JENKINS-50535 is clear that even with increasing coverage for git-plugin the current set of tests is not enough to test all needed environments like

      • Gitea
      • Gitlab
      • Bitbucket Cloud
      • Bitbucket Server
      • Github
      • Github Enterprise

      Maybe with docker fixtures we can provide some automation over this.
