PCT Docker Image: Add "REF" synonym to the "VERSION" parameter

      This is a follow-up to jglick's comment in https://github.com/jenkinsci/plugin-compat-tester/pull/53#discussion_r159251765 . "VERSION" parameter is actually much more flexible, and it would be great to add a "REF alias as suggested. After that a version parameter could be deprecated.

      The change requires only a small patch in the documentation and "run-pct" shell script for the Docker image.
