Summary
There seems a distinct lack of test coverage for entry into the Blue Ocean UI from various places in Classic. We already know we can get there from the top level Jenkins page, but how reliably can we get there from:

• Within a job?
• Within that job's artifacts page?
• While looking at a job's console output?
• And do we end up in the correct place?

This may be more trouble than it's worth, but it's a gap I'd at least like to look over and see if we can make it better. Might prevent future bugs like https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-45476.
