Summary
The behavior of Blue Ocean's scrolling logs has been the source of a handful of bug reports, like JENKINS-47318 and JENKINS-49929. I'd like to at least look into the feasability of creating automated tests to prevent this from regressing in the future. Could be more trouble than its worth, due to possible test fragility and ROI. I'll take a look and report back.
