Summary:
We have lots of tests that cover creating jobs, and invoking existing jobs. But we don't have anything that tests the users' ability to stop a running job. This seems an important gap worth closing.

Possibly best to implement this as a JS test, instead of a big long Selenium test, for the purpose of saving time?
