Description: Cannot start build runner due to Trend error even if no Trend option is selected - see attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Jenkins server http://myd-vm08787:8080

2. Configure PC Plugin

3. Select post run action Do Not Collate - see that Trending is disabled

4. Save changes and run the build

5. Observe the error

Expected Result: Build should run also if no Trend option is selected.

Actual Result: See attached screenshot - Cannot start build runner due to Trend error, but no Trend option is selected.
