CVS Checkout hangs

      My cvs checkout hangs. Following is the output after turning the bebug flag on:

      -> parse_tagdate ((null), (null), BUILD_MY_ACCOUNT_3_6_0-18)
      -> safe_location( where=(null) )
      -> open_connection_to_server (:ext:n1maher@devsup.cci.cox.com:/home/cvs/cb)
      -> Starting server: C:\cygwin\bin\ssh.exe -l n1maher devsup.cci.cox.com cvs server

      — No output after this.

      I get following when I kill the build:

      SCM check out aborted
      Finished: FAILURE
