Add ability to Performance Center Jenkins plugin to upload vuserLog.zip artefact in the end of Load Test

      Currently only HTML report is uploaded into Jenkins repository and available for download by user.

      There is a need to also upload VuserLog so that it will be available for downloading by Jenkins plugin user after the performance test has ended.
